Welcome home

“Welcome Home” is an invitation to explore inwards and to embrace the full embodiment of health that I believe is familiar, inclusive, and practical.  It is a journey into becoming comfortable with your own body and being  aware of the infinite resources that spring from within. 
 
As we age, our health goals become a moving target between looking fit and youthful and feeling energetic and functional. With numerous factors to consider ranging from genetic tendencies to environmental exposures, it is reassuring that a bespoke program can still be customized just for you.  The first step will be a comprehensive  laboratory investigation followed by minimal supplementation, and eventually an introduction to a mindfulness-based approach to total well-being.

Your Health is my Passion

Over the years I have devoted my adult life to the practice of longevity and preventive medicine. Guiding my patients to become the best version of themselves has always been a calling and a vocation. WELLNESS

Wellness in the 21st century goes beyond just having a fitness routine, eating organic products, and ensuring a good night’s sleep. Just like a diamond with its many facets, a total sense of well-being is appreciated more when regarded in its entirety.
Understanding why we need a particular healthy regimen supersedes the desire to sign up for another trendy anti-aging program.

A great deal of what we know about preventing illness and improving lifespan has been recently put to a test due to the global pandemic. We recalibrated our priorities and we started to simplify our approach to be able to thrive through difficult times. How we relate to ourselves and to others has become the foundation for our total well-being. We have learned how to reset our busy lifestyle, we deepened our connection with our family and we began to practice self-care.

Incorporating wellness philosophies into medical care makes each one of my patients an active participant on the path to a happy life. We ought to address not only the treatment and prevention of illness, but also the practical strategies for every patient to live the quality of life they have always wanted.

MINDFULNESS

One thing worth shining a spotlight on is how the mind plays such an important role in our overall wellbeing.  It is a powerful healing tool that is just waiting to be tapped into, in order to unravel your true health goals.
 
If there was a river between health and happiness, mindfulness would be the bridge.  This is the key component that connects us with the world we live in.  It is the foundation of our relationships with our loved ones and ultimately our relationship with ourselves.  Without midfulness, we are merely going through the motions of living without ever being truly alive.  
 
I would like to invite you along this journey to health that is traversed by the body whilst being driven by the mind.

 

COACHING

The rigorous demands of work and family life require emotional intelligence to manage stress and to build the resilience to stay well. But in most cases, it takes a different pair of eyes to see the situation and to navigate into the sea of opportunities before you.
 
The goal of a coach is to unceasingly mentor a healthier you by working on your future and your conscious mind. Even if someone is a seasoned trouble-shooter who solves problems for multiple companies, that client may not be able to take control of his or her own health issues. This is where a health coach comes in.
 
All journeys have obstacles to overcome and your health coach will be there to assist you on your way to mindfulness, health and wellness.
